Sweet potato and rolled oats are high on fibre, in combination with lean protein source like Fish forms a great breakfast option.


  1. Steamed fish (Shredded)- 50g
  2. Sweet potato (Boiled)-50g
  3. Spinach (chopped)- 10g
  4. Rolled oats- 15g
  5. Mint (chopped)- 5g
  6. Black pepper- 1/4 TSP
  7. Chaat Masala- 1/4 TSP
  8. Garlic (minced)- 1/2 TSP
  9. Black pink salt -To taste
  10. Veg oil- 1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Grate sweet potato and mix it with chopped spinach and mint. Now add salt and all the masala with shredded fish.
  2. Mix the above ingredients and make small coin shapes out of it.
  3. Heat oil in a sauce pan and pan dry these coins both sides till its crisp and golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
