Peppery Chicken Tikka: A Protein Rich Appetizer for PCOS

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken-100g

Bell peppers-20g

Onion-15g

Slim curd-30g

Black pepper-1/3 tsp

Salt, Chilli powder -As per taste

Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp.

Lemon-1/2 no.

Method of Preparation:

  1. Marinate the chicken in curd using all the masalas for upto 2.5-3 hours.
  2. Chop Onion and bell peppers into square shaped pieces.
  3. Place chicken and vegetables on a skewer as alternate layers.
  4. Grill it in an oven or on direct flame till chicken is tender.
  5. Serve hot with lemon and mint leaves.
