  1. Fish is a lean protein source and considered most superior in PCOS
  2. Fish is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids which helps in optimizing the hormonal imbalance seen in PCOS.


  1. Fish (Shredded)- 50g
  2. Carrot- 20g
  3. Basil- 5g
  4. Multigrain bread (sides cut) -2 slices
  5. Jeera powder- 1/4 TSP
  6. Chili flakes- 1/4 TSP
  7. Salt-To taste
  8. Tomato ketchup- 1/2 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Finely chop carrot and basil
  2. In a bowl mix fish, vegetables and all the other ingredients to form a stuffing.
  3. Take a slice of multigrain bread layer it with stuffing, place another slice and cut it into 2 triangles.
  4. Sandwich is ready to serve.
