Semolina is a source of complex carbohydrate to give sustained release of energy for fat loss which is needed in PCOS


  1. Semolina (Rava)- 20g
  2. Rolled Oats- 10g
  3. Curd -100g (3/4 small cup) from Cow’s Milk
  4. Shredded carrot -20g
  5. Capsicum -20g
  6. Coriander- 1 TBSP (Chopped)
  7. Salt – To Taste
  8. Green Chilli -1/2 (Optional)
  9. Chaat Masala – To Sprinkle
  10. Oil -1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Make a thick batter by mixing Rava, oats and curd in a bowl
  2. Add salt and chopped green chilli to it and set it aside for 30 to 40 mins
  3. Take a dosa pan and grease it with oil using a silicone brush
  4. Take a ladle full of batter and spread onto the pan
  5. Top it with shredded carrot and chopped capsicum
  6. Cook till the base is golden brown then flip and cook on the other side
  7. Sprinkle chaat masala on it and serve hot.
