Avocado Chickpeas Salad: Delicious Salad for PCOS




White onion-15g

Cherry tomato-15g

Bell peppers-20g

Cucumber- 15g

Mint leaves- For garnish

Salt, Black pepper- As per taste

Minced Garlic- 2 cloves

Lemon juice- 1 tsp


Method of Preparation

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight, and pressure cook.
  2. Scoop the avocado and chop all the vegetables.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  4. Add lemon juice and serve fresh.
