  1. Millets like Bajra, Jowar and Ragi are rich in fibre used for fat loss in PCOS.
  2. The Mineral content of millets is high so its very useful for bone and blood health.


  1. Bajra flour -10g
  2. Ragi flour- 10g
  3. Jowar flour -10g
  4. Rava- 5g
  5. Curd- 50g (1/2 Small cup) of cow’s Milk
  6. Small Onion -1/2
  7. Coriander- 1TBSP (Chopped)
  8. Jeera Powder 1/4 TSP
  9. Green Chilli -1/2 (Optional)
  10. Turmeric Powder 1/2 TSP
  11. Salt – (To Taste)
  12. Oil – 1/2 TSP to grease

Method of preparation

  1. Mix all the flours with Rava and curd in a bowl
  2. Add Chopped onion, coriander, salt, masala and keep aside for 30 min’s
  3. Grease the Appam pan and put a ladle full of batter in each mould.
  4. Cook on medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney.
