  1. Curry leaves, ridge gourd and cucumber peels are rich source of crude fibre which is very potent in weight management.
  2. Anti-Oxidant content of these greens is very high and so they impart immense immunity.


  1. Curry leaves- 2 Cups
  2. Ridge gourd peels- 2 cups
  3. Cucumber peels (Dark Green)- 2 Cups
  4. Green Garlic- 1/4 Cup
  5. Ginger- 1 small pc
  6. Green Chilli (Optional)- 1/2 Small
  7. Lemon- 1 No
  8. Jeera 1/2 TSP
  9. Salt -To Taste

Method of preparation

  1. Soak ridge gourd and cucumber for 2 to 3 hours to remove all the dirt and then wash it thoroughly and peel (Retain the peel for the chutney)
  2. Wash Curry leaves and garlic thoroughly.
  3. Add all the ingredients in a mixer with little water and blend.
  4. Store it in a refrigerator immediately and use only upto 2 to 3 days.
