This recipe is very rich in good quality proteins called first class – Egg whites and hung curd.  Also cereals pulses combination provides quality proteins easy to digest and assimilate.


  1. Wheat flour- 20g
  2. Jowar flour- 10g
  3. Chana flour- 10g
  4. Egg whites- 2
  5. Onion- 20g
  6. Coriander- 5g
  7. Turmeric powder -1/4 TSP
  8. Black pepper 1/4 TSP
  9. Kashmiri chilli powder -To Taste
  10. Salt -To taste
  11. Olive oil- 1 TSP


  1. Cabbage -30g
  2. Carrot- 30g
  3. Hung curd- 50g
  4. Black pepper- 1/4 TSP
  5. Salt -To taste
  6. Olive oil -1/2 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Make a roti using Wheat, Jowar and Chana flour. Use warm water to knead medium soft dough and make a roti.
  2. Make an omlette of 2 egg whites adding onion, coriander, salt and masalas.
  3. Roll the omlette in the roti and serve with coleslaw .


  1. Grate carrot and finely chop cabbage.
  2. In a deep bowl take hung curd, Add chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, olive oil
  3. Refrigerate it.
