Ingredients-

  1. Rice (Parboiled)- 40g
  2. Bell Peppers (Red / Yellow / Green) -60g (1/3 small each)
  3. Cabbage -10g
  4. Broccoli -10g
  5. Kidney beans (Rajmah) -25g soaked
  6. Ginger (Minced) -1/2 TSP
  7. Garlic (Minced) -1/2 TSP
  8. Black Pepper- 1/4 TSP
  9. Chilli Flakes -To taste
  10. Salt -To taste
  11. Oil- 1 TSP

Method of preparation

  1. Boil rajmah giving 3 to 4 whistles in a pressure cooker.
  2. Finely chop all the vegetables and keep aside.
  3. Soak rice for about 2 to 3 hours and boil till completely cooked.
  4. In a sauce pan, heat oil and add minced ginger, garlic and chopped vegetables. Also add salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  5. Mix the rice and rajmah into the vegetable on a high flame and saute it for a minute.
