Ingredients:

Lean cuts of chicken-50g

Low fat paneer-20g

Lettuce-15g

Red onion-20g

Parsley (Chopped)-10g

Mint (Chopped)-10g

Olive oil-2tsp

Flax seeds-1tsp

Walnut-1 whole

Lemon juice-1tsp

Salt, Pepper, Oregano-As per taste

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Make small cubes of Paneer.
  3. Chop all the vegetables medium size.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well. Serve fresh.
