Cream of Spinach Soup: Greens Like Never Before
- Half bunch of spinach
- 1 small onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 small potato
- 10-12 soaked cashew nuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a pan, dry roast the onion and garlic till translucent.
- Steam spinach till soft and potato till done.
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender adding the water from the steam into a smooth consistency and add cashews while blending.
- Add salt and pepper for taste.
This is a clean green soup with all healthy ingredients which are filling and nourishing and no ingredients which can wreck the hormones.
